Introduction
The gentle force is a newsletter specializing in business psychology and personal development. My goal is to bring you psychological theories, as well as knowledge and proven methods in the areas of negotiation, manipulation, reading people and many other topics.
Everything in life is psychology, whether it's negotiating at work, reading and interpreting friends and family or spending money. The most successful people in the world are highly educated in psychology. Every word, any eye contact or body language is not a coincidence. I want to teach you these skills in the course of this journey.
The second main focus of the newsletter will be personal growth. Unfortunately, a significant number of individuals nowadays fail to reach their full potential due to a lack of understanding in human psychology. Certain behaviors towards customers, colleagues, and superiors hinder many from reaching the pinnacle of success. Additionally, in today's business world, every other person experiences symptoms like burnout or panic attacks. There are numerous other issues, including alcoholism, drug addiction, cardiovascular disease, and depression, that come from heightened stress levels.
All of these illnesses have significantly increased in recent years. There are several reasons for this. Firstly, companies have high demands, including long working hours, weekend work, limited vacation time, and more. Secondly, employees are overwhelmed due to inadequate training and often being left alone to handle tasks on their own.
Once you have a deeper understanding of psychological behavior, theories, and strategies, it becomes significantly easier to effectively navigate each workday. It is crucial to acquire the skills to handle challenging situations.
